Standard UK Delivery - £2.99 (Free on orders over £75)

Service; Royal Mail - Small Parcel (Unrecorded)
1-3 working day dispatch window from warehouse
1-5 working day delivery time

Special Delivery - £7.10 - TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
Service; Royal Mail - Special Delivery (Recorded, Insured, Signed)
Same day dispatch from warehouse (if ordered by 11:30am)
24 hour delivery time. Free special delivery orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of order.

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London UK. All orders confirmed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Purephyto orders are shipped via Royal Mail. For all Special Deliveries a tracking number will automatically be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched, you can use this number on the Royal Mail website to see the progress of your delivery. To go to this page click here. Please note for any 24H deliveries which are paid via bank deposit; your order will only be dispatched once funds have cleared into our bank account which may take up to 3 working days.

Refunds & Returns:

The customer reserves the right to inform Purephyto of any returns within 14 days of delivery. After this date the customer has 14 additional days to ship back the goods for a full refund, this also applies to sale items. Items must be in an unused condition to qualify for refunds.

International Orders:

All customers outside of the UK must accept liability on international parcels being sized/confiscated/lost in transit. Purephyto cannot guarantee customs clearance on international orders. Please ensure CBD products are legal to import and use in your country of residence before ordering. Purephyto cannot be held responsible for any import duty charged on international post, please ensure you have calculated taxes and duty before ordering.
